General Terms & Scope of Agreement

Hibajer (hibajer.net) is an online entertainment platform serving users in Bangladesh, offering lottery, Sports Betting, jackpots, and a variety of gaming services. These Terms & Conditions (Hibajer "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and HibajerApplicable within.

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please Hibajer Please refrain from using the platform.

These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Hibajer We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. For significant changes, registered users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

HibajerThe following conditions must be met to open an account with

  • You must be at least 18 Years Age verification may be required. A national ID or passport may be requested to confirm your age.
  • You must register using your own accurate and complete information. Providing false details will result in account termination.
  • Only one account You may open one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
  • Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
  • The phone number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
Opening an account under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

After Registration Hibajer Additional information or documents may be requested at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Failure to cooperate may result in restrictions on your account.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Hibajercurrently supports the following payment methods:

  • bKash — from both personal and agent numbers
  • Nagad — Instant credit
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account verification level. Deposits are credited to your account instantly.

Hibajer We will never ask for your password or PIN via phone or message. If you receive such a request, contact support immediately.

Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned. Only payment methods registered in your own name are allowed. For any payment issues, contact our 24/7 support.

Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from your account:

  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
  • KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
  • Processing is typically completed within 1–6 hours. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
In the case of suspicious transactions Hibajer Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold for verification purposes. Additional information may be requested during this time.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it — so please make sure before you confirm. Funds involved in an active withdrawal cannot be used until the process is complete.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

HibajerA variety of bonuses and promotional offers are available on Hibajer. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

  • Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. This offer can be claimed once.
  • Cashback Bonus: A set percentage returned on bets above a specified amount.
  • Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus in your accounts.
  • Deposit Bonus: Extra bonus on deposits of a specific amount on designated days.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must meet specific wagering requirements before converting to withdrawable balance — typically 5–20x the bonus amount.

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse. All associated accounts will be permanently closed. Hibajer We reserve the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

HibajerThe following rules must be followed when betting and gaming on:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • The right to void bets that were incorrectly confirmed due to a system error Hibajer retains.
  • If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
  • Once a lottery ticket is purchased and the draw has taken place, the result is final.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, the server-saved status will apply.

Rewards will be credited to your account automatically. If a reward is not credited for any reason, contact support within 24 hours. Hibajer determines the outcome of every game through a fair and automated process.

Prohibited Activities

Hibajerstrictly prohibits the following activities:

  • Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
  • Logging into another user's account or using someone else's personal information.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Fraudulent behaviour towards or harassment of other users.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Hibajer Hibajer may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
  • In the case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
  • If the account holder is found to be a minor.
  • At your own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time by contacting support — the process will be completed within 48 hours. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. Balances on accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be refunded.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

Hibajer We strive to ensure uninterrupted service. However, there are limits to our liability in certain circumstances:

  • If a game or bet is interrupted due to an internet connection issue — Hibajer is not responsible.
  • Loss or damage resulting from issues with the user's own device or software.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delays caused by errors on the part of third-party payment providers.

However, if a verified technical error directly causes financial loss to a member, Hibajer Hibajer will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate compensation.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Reach out via support chat or email with the details of your issue. Most problems are resolved within 24 hours.
  • Step 2: If your issue is not resolved through support, you may submit a formal complaint using the complaints form.
  • Step Three: Formal complaints will receive a response within 7 business days.
Regarding Disputes Hibajer's decision shall be considered final unless overturned through a legal process. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Including the transaction ID, date and time, and any relevant screenshots when submitting a complaint will help speed up the resolution process.
